These marks are proprietary assets of STUNT. STUNT has established priority of use in commerce and reserves all rights therein. The ™ designation indicates common law trademark rights claimed by STUNT. Nothing on this site or in any STUNT product shall be construed as granting any license or right to use any mark without the express written permission of STUNT.
All code, design, visual assets, brand elements, documentation, specifications, and original content published under the STUNT name are the exclusive intellectual property of STUNT and are protected under applicable copyright law, including the Berne Convention and the U.S. Copyright Act of 1976 (17 U.S.C. §§ 101–1401). Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or derivative works are strictly prohibited.
Without the prior written consent of STUNT, no person or entity may:
Use any STUNT mark, logo, or brand element in any commercial context; register, purchase, or otherwise acquire any domain name incorporating a STUNT mark; use any STUNT mark in a manner likely to cause confusion, dilution, or false association; reproduce, redistribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or derive source code from any STUNT software; or incorporate any STUNT intellectual property into competing products or services.
STUNT actively monitors for unauthorized use of its intellectual property. STUNT will pursue all available legal remedies against any infringement, dilution, or misappropriation of its marks, copyrights, or trade dress, including but not limited to injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of legal fees under applicable law, including the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 1051–1141n) and the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property.
